Les patrons


In the kitchen, Maarten is the chef. He is 27 years young and born in Hoorn,
in the North of Holland. He attended and graduated from two schools for cooking and restaurant/hotel management in Amsterdam. He worked in several well-known restaurants in Holland, one of them was restaurant Bordewijk in Amsterdam.
Also, he did a 6-months internship at a hotel in Scotland. Before he went to France, he attended a college for hotel management.

Jessica is in control of waiting the tables. She is also 27 years old and born in Ursem,
also in the North of Holland. During her studies, she was a hostess in Amsterdam
for over 4 years and she worked in several restaurants in Hoorn as a waitress.
The last restaurant she worked at was Ridderikhoff in Hoorn.
She attended a college in Amsterdam, where she studied Media and Information Management.
Before she left Holland, she worked at a public television station, as assistant-producer.
